Our Team

Jeff is a Willmar native who returned to the area after 20 years of living on the west coast. Having been in management since 1993, he joined the Mills Auto Group as Service Manager in September of 2003. Four years later Jeff was promoted to General Manager of the dealership. He is married to his beautiful wife Lisa and they have four wonderful children, Jack, Lindsey, Nolan, and Carley. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with the family, working around the house, hunting and traveling.

Tom joined Mills Ford in March of 1997. His experience in the retail automobile business began in 1988. Tom was promoted to the Used Car Sales Manager position in November of 2005. When not at work Tom and his wife Sue (married since 2002) enjoy spending time on the lake. Tom also tries to squeeze in some time hunting, snowmobiling, golfing and spending time with friends.

Brad was raised on a farm in central Mn. He is married with two daughters. Brad enjoys road trips, outdoor and sporting activities with friends and family. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, hiking, hunting, yard work and an occasional concert. Give him Minnesota sports and he is in his zone from high school to pros. Brad enjoys the sport of each season.

Mark has been in sales and finance his entire career and became a valued team member in bringing that experience to the Mills Automotive Group.  Mark has two children and lives in Willmar.  In his spare time Mark enjoys spending time with his family, attending the kids sports events, golfing, hunting, snowmobiling or just hanging out.

Tom has worked at the dealership since March of 1983. He started out cleaning cars then eventually was the manager of the Reconditioning Center. In November of 1998 he started his sales career. Tom and his wife Sue have a son Jayden. Tom enjoys fishing and golfing, but most of all spending time with his family.

Bill started in the automobile business in 1962, in Benson, MN. He joined Mills Ford in January of 2000. Bill and his wife Sharon have been happily married since 1963. They have two wonderful grand children. When not working Bill enjoys golfing and bowling.

Heather began working for Mills Ford / Jeep in 2008. She moved to her sales consultant position in March of 2009 and enjoys helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs. Heather has two children, Morgan and Jordan. In her spare time, Heather enjoys riding her Harley with friends and fiancé and cherishes special time with her children.

Rick and his wife Julie live in Raymond. They have two sons, TJ and Dean. In Rick’s spare time, he enjoys golfing, the outdoors, and family activities.

Betty started with Mills in March of 1998, at Mills Ford / Jeep of Willmar. Betty lives in Spicer with her husband Kent, they have three children. When not at work Betty enjoys fishing, golfing, bowling and spending time with friends and family.

John joined the Mills Ford / Jeep family in September of 1996. He began in the Auto Reconditioning Center and was promoted to manager of that department in 1998. In 2000, John became a Service Advisor. John is married to Nichole. They have two children, John Jr. and Austin. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys the outdoors, football, hockey, and boxing.

Nick joined Mills in 2000. He is married and has two children. Daughter Kendra and Son Gage both enjoy fishing with Dad in the summer and occasionally in the winter. The family likes to spend time on their pontoon and ATV riding. Nick also likes to hunt and just hang out with his buddies.

Shawn has worked with Ford parts for 12 years and enjoys the learning curve in the automotive world. Shawn is married with 3 children. In his spare time , Shawn enjoys camping and travelling with his family. His hobbies include tinkering with cars and he looks forward to the day when his children are old enough to work on his projects with him.

Matt began his career with Mills in 1998 in the parts warehouse. In January of 2008, he transferred to the Mills Ford / Jeep Parts counter. Matt is single and lives in Willmar. When not at work, he enjoys golf, softball, exercising or just being outdoors. Matt likes to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Kyle has been with Mills since 2000 as a Parts Specifier. He enjoys helping customers on a one-to-one basis. Kyle and his wife Heather have three children; Jensen, Carter, and Tanner. He enjoys working on home improvement projects, car and snowmobile restorations, camping and spending time with family and friends.
